If you opt out, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you and we consent to those courts. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms at any time by posting the new version on the Website and updating the effective date. Changes apply from the date they are posted. If you keep using the Website after that, you accept the updated Terms. Changes to the arbitration section do not apply to a dispute that began before the change.

Termination

You may stop using the Website at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution, will continue.

Severability and general terms
